We collect information that you directly provide to us as well as data obtained via Meta (Facebook) Graph API:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and encrypted account credentials.
  • Facebook Data: User access tokens, Page access tokens, Facebook Page names, and Page IDs authorized via Meta OAuth.
  • Content & Media: Uploaded images, post captions, scheduled timestamps, and post status logs required to publish your scheduled content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to provide, operate, and maintain our post-scheduling services, specifically to:

  • Authenticate your account and grant access to authorized Facebook Pages.
  • Upload image content and schedule posts on your designated Facebook Pages via the Meta Graph API.
  • Provide post status tracking and issue resolution logs.
  • Send essential notification or support emails.

4. Meta (Facebook) Data Handling & Deletion

We strictly adhere to Meta Developer Policies and Meta Platform Terms. We store access tokens securely in encrypted database columns. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Facebook Page within the application or via your Facebook Account Settings.

If you request account deletion or disconnect a page, all associated Facebook tokens and pending post media stored on our servers are permanently deleted.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or uploaded media to third parties or advertising networks. Data is shared exclusively with Meta (Facebook) Graph API servers for the purpose of executing post scheduling.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure token hashing, and strict access controls to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
