2. Description of Service
Yuvixdigital provides web-based social media management and scheduling tools that allow users to connect Facebook Pages and automate the publishing of photo and text posts using Meta's official Graph API.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
When using our Service, you agree that you will not:
- Publish content that violates Meta Community Standards, copyright laws, or local regulations.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, bulk unsolicited messages, malware, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass API rate limits, compromise security, or gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.
- Schedule posts to pages for which you do not possess lawful administrative permissions.
4. Meta (Facebook) API Dependency
Our Service relies on Meta's Graph API platform. We are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by Meta API downtime, policy changes, token expirations, or account restrictions imposed directly by Meta.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuvixdigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost posts, publishing delays, account suspensions, or failure to schedule content.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our discretion if you breach these Terms & Conditions or engage in unauthorized activity.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
